Well Aidan is now officially 9 months old and look how happy our little man is! He still is not crawling, but he's definitely a little rolly-polly! He rolls all over the place to get where and what he wants. He has learned how to play ball and loves to roll one back and forth with us which is fun. He had his 9 month check up today and he is now 20 lbs. and 30 1/2 inches long - which is the 95% for height! No wonder he is growing out of his clothes so fast! We have a 9 month old wearing 18 month clothes - it's crazy!

February - Daddy's Birthday
Feb 7 - Mommy and Aidan took Daddy out to dinner at the Outback Steakhouse. When we got home we surprised Daddy with a nice little birthday cake! Aidan was quite taken with the candles on the cake...we are certain he will really have fun on his first birthday...which we can't believe is only 3 months away!

January 2008 - Check Out My Teeth!
Aidan now has 5 teeth with the 6th one just about to break through any day now. He has 3 on the bottom and 2 on the top, the 6th is coming down from the top. Last week he decided to try something new with them and we heard him grinding them! I am glad to report that this habit has not continued on a regular basis because it was really a skin crawling sound. He has finally stopped biting Mommy - which is a good thing because otherwise the nursing would have had to come to an abrupt halt!
January 2008 - High Chair Baby
Aidan is doing much better with his eating habits. He is now eating 3 meals a day for the most part. He has now decided that kicking his foot up while in his highchair is much more comfortable for him. He now sits like this every time he is eating!
We have also realized that he is starting to understand that when we have the camera in his face we are always trying to get him to smile - so now he pretty much does it all on his own without too much coaxing, which is nice!
January 2008 - Snow Baby
We had a small snowstorm in January so we decided to take Aidan out for some fun in the snow. He really did not like being in his snowsuit since he can't really move his arms or his legs, but he tolerated it once we got him outside to see the snow. We sat him in the snow for a quick photo shoot and he ended up falling forward and faceplanted himself right in the snow! We got him up pretty quickly and he had snow encrusted around his face. He wasn't too happy, but we both got quite the chuckle out of it :)
